The company REDE - IMMO s.r.o. was founded in 2011 by a gradual transformation of the company ARCH spol. s.r.o., which was a part of construction investment market continuously from 1992 to 2005, and by business activities of Ing. Martin Stolicny, who has been developing buildings on Slovak and Czech markets since 2001. The company REDE - PROJECT s.r.o. , which specializes in the design and engineering work, has been on the market since 2013.
Companies offer to the investors complex services in terms of capital construction. Starting with help when seeking real property through first architectural studies and subsequent projects for corresponding building permissions to realization of investments for key including interiors or the management of constructions.
Martin Stoličný, engineer, architect is the owner and subagent of both companies. He graduated from the FA STU in Bratislava in 1992. He finished his postgraduate studies at the Technical University in Karlsruhe in Germany. From 1992 on, he was the subagent and the only manager of the company ARCH, spol. s.r.o.

Standards
REDE-PROJECT s.r.o. endeavors to apply all the regulations required by law, local authorities and clients. We place emphasis on compliance with valid Slovak STN-EN standards as well as with the European standards ECODESIGN and EUROCODE. When designing fire-fighting measures, we profit from our deep knowledge of FM-GLOBAL or NFPA standards. Our staff has been trained to design passive objects.
Cost
control
REDE-PROJECT s.r.o. it has qualified staff who are focused on creating and reviewing reports of budgets. We are able to prepare tender documents for general contractors and compare the offers of the construction companies. We can predict preliminary costs of the construction at any stage of design and thus help investors to correctly calculate the cost of the construction. During construction, we can provide qualified staff to help investors control the billing of completed construction works.
Innovative energy concepts
REDE-PROJECT s.r.o. is an active member of the Green Building Commission (http://skgbc.eu) and we strive to implement optimally sustainable energy solutions in our projects. As part of the initial proposals, we present preliminary energy balances of different energy object alternatives. We have experience with use of excess heat from production technology facilities, integration of photovoltaics, heat pumps and cogeneration as well as with sustainable solutions for rainwater management.
